Qigong for Balance and Relaxation 4 Week Series

"Qi" means energy or life force, "Gong" means cultivation. Deeply restorative, this 5,000 year old practice utilizes mindfulness, breath and very gentle movement to restore balance and flow to your body's 5-Element organ systems. Practitioners often receive the benefits of improved sleep, relaxed nervous system and elevated sense of wellbeing. Sandy will share self care practices you can take home with you.
Drop-ins welcome any week for $18
Pre-registration and full payment will reserve your space. There are no refunds. If canceling more than 24 hours prior to the beginning of a class, workshop or event that requires pre-registration, payment is transferred to a studio credit that can be used for workshops or classes. In the case of a no-show, or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the session, studio credit is forfeited.
