RESCHEDULED TO MAY: Healthy Bodies & Minds Family

Healthy Bodies & Minds Family Yoga Program: Presented by The Emily Program Foundation with Instructor Lisa Diers and Host Tula Yoga & Wellness.

Are you a parent who wants to help your child develop a healthy relationship with her/his body and with food at an early age? Join us for a 4-week program of yoga instruction and education curriculum that equips families with awareness and techniques to foster healthy habits at home. In this program, aimed at families with kids ages 6-10, children and their parents will learn yoga together and also break into groups for age-tailored curriculum, including mindful and intentional meals, body image appreciation, and stress management. Build wellness habits and skills early, and let your kids teach you some yoga moves!

Pricing:
2 Person Family - $144
3 Person Family - $199
4 Person Family - $ 259

The Emily Program Foundation works to eliminate eating disorders. We empower prevention, support recovery, and advocate for legislative change. Eating disorders are a mental illness, not a choice. They are often misunderstood, and their stigma is a deterrent to seeking treatment and finding recovery. We strive to reduce the stigma of eating disorders by sharing people's stories of struggle, strength, and hope. Eating disorders are preventable. Recovery is possible, and it is happening every day.
As part of our prevention work, we’re pleased to partner with Tula to combine yoga instruction with a curriculum for families to create an environment at home where a child’s healthy relationship with their body and with food can flourish. Learn more about eating disorders, our work, and, if needed, resources for yourself or a loved one at emilyprogramfoundation.org
